The first step is to cover the tube with the large rectangular piece before gluing the head, legs, and arms. You can then glue a Valentine card into her hands and give both to that special someone in your life.

If you don't want to glue her to a Valentine, you can display her as an ornament for your party or simply keep her as a decoration, especially if you are one of the many Betty Boop fans.
