Poetry, the food for the soul, has always been a medium for the expression of love. It is a lovely, old-fashioned gesture that is both sweet and sentimental, and will definitely delight your Valentine. But of course, not everybody is a poet and if you’re not feeling confident enough about your poetic abilities to write one yourself, this article will help. 7. Do not take from me your laughter – Pablo Neruda A poem that evokes every sentiment of love imaginable. Sincere, heart-stoppingly tender , nobody could read this poem and not feel the power of love to change lives and people forever.
