Hi, My name is Roland Varduhn and I live with my wife and two lovely girls in Thuringia, the green heart of Germany. I love new trends, tools, books, methods of change - almost everything new. I’ve been in business for the last 16 years as a consultant, coach and trainer - especially in the organic food industry.
