What is the best gift for a guy for valentines day? He is very hard to buy for.. read on..?

Ok, Well I am looking for any and all ideas for a gift for my boyfriend of 3 years for valentines day, I always get stuck on what to give him for valentines day, any other holiday im fine with but let me give you a few facts about him and then im going to ask everyone to give me anything they can come up with.. He works at the post office so he dosent have to dress up much, he is 36 yrs old, very paticular on his clothes, not too interested in gadgets or things like that, not a video game person... well im going to let you all take it from here and i will pick the one that has the best answer and i really appreciate it alot.. thanks please no stupid responses!!!
